Professionally, although I have been in care for less than a year back home and about three years here in the UK where I have worked in live in care, elderly supported living and domiciliary care in the community. My personal journey has deeply prepared me for this work. I have devoted myself to caring for a family member battling prostate cancer and early-stage dementia a role that has taught me resilience, empathy, and the profound impact of compassionate care. A day with me is filled with attentive listening, creative engagement, and a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those around me, ensuring that each moment is met with kindness and thoughtful support. I am currently learning to drive and I anticipate to have this passed towards the end of the year. I am currently looking for live in clients as I enjoy delivering that one to one care, I am happy to travel throughout the UK as long as travelling expenses are covered one way by my clients. When starting with a new client I prefer to have a settling in period after this time I discuss with my client/clients family members the period of care I can safely deliver as this depends on the clients condition. On my time off I can also offer sleeping nights shifts within my local area of Ashbourne. I am happy to arrange a Curam video call where we can discuss you care requirements in more detail.
