My extensive experience at Time Court Residential and Nursing Home and a Care Home has equipped me with the skills to deliver person-centred care with professionalism and empathy. I hold an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care, which has enhanced my knowledge and skills in delivering safe and effective care. I have also completed Moving and Handling training, ensuring I am fully equipped to support residents with mobility needs safely and with dignity. I am highly skilled in assisting with personal care, feeding, mobility support, and ensuring residents feel comfortable and respected at all times. I am reliable, punctual, and an effective team leader, able to guide colleagues and adapt to the needs of the day. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, cooking, and taking long walks, which helps me stay active and focused.
