I came to UK in 2001 and worked as a carer before I started my nursing in 2004. Worked with Agencies in Homes, Adult disabilities, hospitals, and leaving in. I also looked after my grandmother who died at 94 years of age.
I am a very good English speaker, good listener, good interpersonal relationship, hardworking, empathetic,compassionate and patient. I like working closely with older people.
I have experience in personal grooming enjoy clients to look best. I can assist in hygiene toileting cooking eating cleaning and administration tasks which needs support. I have a clean driving License if needs to meet friends and shopping.
I feel a client will have a good day or night if the problem is urgently monitored and escalated. I had a client who was in pain and noxious. I made sure that I stopped the nausea then the client was comfortable making other medication working. This made him settled and when clients find that they are getting a good care they stop calling and worrying.
