I have a wide rage of experience in medication administering, including topical , oral , and PEG , and can create a MAR chart if requested I am also extremely experienced in manual handling, including work with mobile hoists , ceiling hoist , gantry hoist , sara stedy , stand aids , frames , toilet frames , shower chairs . I have a wide variety of experience in continence care , including, supra pubic catheter , urethra catheter, bowel care , bowel management, urine management, pad care , skin integrity management . Housekeeping duties are available for the following needs - Cooking (preferences can be discussed) Cleaning (extra requests can be discussed) Laundry , personal and house PA duties are available for the following needs - Making appointments eg doctors, opticians Shopping for food items Collecting/ signing for goods
