Working with vulnerable people I do understand about safeguarding issues and the need to keep them safe from abuse and harm. The importance of maintaining private and confidential matters. To maintain professional boundaries. I am very adaptable and willing to work beyond my contracted hours in order to ensure that service is maintained to high standard. I feel that I have the necessary skills and experience to be a successful carer and I will endeavour to put my skills to work to achieve the desired goals for all my clients. When starting with a new client I like to sit down and discuss with them what they enjoy eating and then I meal prep according to their dietary requirements. I enjoy getting clients engaging in their local community whether that's a wee excursion to a garden centre or to their local place of worship and I have business car insurance so I am able to transport them in my own car. I am happy to keep the clients home clean and tidy and free from any trip hazards. Happy to travel within 2 hours from Leicester for work as long as travelling expenses will be covered by my future clients. Where possible I prefer to have my 2 hour break each day, if this is not able to be covered by clients family members I am in the process of establishing a micro team. I am happy to arrange a video call interview via the Curam app where we can discuss your care needs in more detail.
