I took a decision to work for myself so that l can give the individuals l support personalised care that is tailor made to meet their needs. l find fulfilment in providing daily support. l have a passion for helping others and l love the idea of forming close professional relationships with the people l care for. It feels good to know that l can make a significant difference in someone’s quality life, day to day life becomes easier by providing person centred care to I enjoy providing personal care to individuals, ensuring their comfort and well-being through daily tasks like bathing, dressing, and medication management. In addition,l am happy look after pets, whether it’s walking the dog, feeding the cat, or ensuring they are well-cared for, offering both the individual and the pet compassionate attention. l have acquired a Diploma in Social work, Certificates in Counselling, Psychology, Health and Social Care, Certificate in Mental Health problems. l have NVQ Level 3 and 5. I am flexible and l have no preference who l work for. l enjoy cooking for people. To sit down and have a meal with someone is one of the things l value and enjoy. Diet and Nutrition improves health and wellbeing of individuals. l possess good written and communication skills. I am confident, reliable, competent, compassionate, kind and caring.l can work using my own initiative, under pressure and l am a good team player. ln my care experience, l’ve worked as a lone worker. This enabled me to learn to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. l treat people with respect and dignity.
