I have gained invaluable experience in providing support to individuals with a wide variety of conditions such as dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, stroke, arthritis, Parkinson’s disease, dysphagia, palliative care, diabetic care, mental health conditions, insomnia, lupus, heart condition, kidney conditions, incontinence problems, reduced mobility, learning disabilities and many more. As a Carer I also provide personal care, eating and drinking, companionship, household chores, taking clients for appointments/social events, plan activities, cook nutritious meals, shopping and keeping loved ones updated. I have excellent organizational skills and vast experience in liaising with multidisciplinary teams. I am very caring, compassionate, friendly, patient and always eager to help. My primary motivation for being in this line of work is to assist individuals in leading independent lives. I believe that everyone deserves to live with dignity and respect, and I am committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those I care for. I prefer live in care but would also consider night care. I am a driver and very confident to drive clients if needed. I hope to hear from you soon.
