Reliable and dedicated in everything I do in order to achieve deadlines.I am passionate about helping others and have been involved in various roles in my-church which enabled me to be of services to my community. I have helped organise community based outreaches including public health awareness and care for the elderly. Mylate grandfather, who brought me up, had eyesight problems before retiring and I helped him get around and also live an independent life and with his planning and other paper work for his teaching.l have worked as a support worker/health care assistant for three years worked with adults and children with dementia,learning disabilities ,physical disabilities, autism and dementia.The prospect of assisting members of the community with their health and making sure that-they are given the best care possible has inspired me to pursue a career in health care management.Mychoice of career of a health care management also involves dealing with safeguarding some of the most vulnerable members of society. These include children, old aged, disabled, those with learning disabilities and others. I have well developed people skills which I continue to improve through my current job l work as a support worker with Complete 24 my duties include assisting service users with all aspects of personal care, encouraging service users-individuality and independence, carrying out general tasks such as house work and-shopping. I did training in moving and handling ,health & safety ,first aid , medication and-managing violence and aggression course, l also studied BTEC LEVEL1 IN HEALTH &social care in 2013 l did voluntary work with Sue Ryder charity shop l volunteered with the-organisation two days every week. I served people on the pay-out till and helped prepare-donated clothes for sale. I met and interacted with people from different ethnic, religious and-cultural backgrounds.
