I ensure all entries are clear can be understood and are directed towards the right person and purpose. My service to residents ranges from maintenance of safe clean and comfortable environment on resuming shift, ensuring fire doors are shut, exit doors are free from obstruction and environment free from hazards. I ensure medication are locked away in safe cupboards, I can duly prompt and or administer medication. I ensure all COSHH are correctly stored away in locked cupboards.
