Sylvia saved our life (metaphorically speaking). She came in at short notice and applied a calm attitude and sensible plan forward to get myself and my partner through a difficult patch. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sylvia for any caring job, from my point of view she has the magic balance of caring, knowledgable and calmness. We will miss her and hope in the future to make use of her skills again.
