Sylvia saved our life (metaphorically speaking). She came in at short notice and applied a calm attitude and sensible plan forward to get myself and my partner through a difficult patch. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sylvia for any caring job, from my point of view she has the magic balance of caring, knowledgable and calmness.
