Over the years I have looked after people with early onset dementia, stroke rehabilitation, palliative care, learning difficulties. Good Communicator and Listener - able to listen and talk to clients and co-workers and alert to identify changes in client's conditions. I have also completed my NVQ 3 in Healthcare.In all my caring years I have worked with other healthcare professionals and followed care plans . Initiative and Adaptability Working in different care settings I have faced unpredictability and change often and constant, which I have dealt with calmly and efficiently. Overall I enjoy being able to offer comfort to my clients, to bring a smile to their faces, to escort them, listen to their concerns and to reassure them. I am a hard-working and well organised individual, reliable, punctual and very observant to detail. I have many years of hands of training of using electric hoists, standing aids and sliding sheets.
