Having worked in an acute setting and general wards, I have been able to asses, plan implement and evaluate patient care using the current evidence-based approach as well as employing critical thinking in clinical settings. I am a focused hardworking individual who is eager to be challenged, determined in achieving personal and team targets. I work well under pressure and have a vast knowledge of using current medical equipment to observe record and recognise when a patient becomes acutely ill and escalate to the appropriate healthcare team as well as liaise with other allied healthcare professionals.
