EH53 0FD 338759 I am a compassionate and reliable carer with two years’ experience providing high-quality, person-centred care. My caring journey began supporting my elderly uncle who lived with dementia, where I provided daily assistance, emotional support, assisted with personal care, routines, and maintaining dignity. This experience strengthened my understanding of dementia care, patience, and the importance of consistency and trust. Following this, I worked for Meloosha Homecare from May 2024 to January 2026, delivering care to clients with a range of needs. My role included personal care, medication support, companionship, mobility assistance, housekeeping and promoting independence while ensuring safety and comfort. I pride myself on building strong, respectful relationships with clients and their families, maintaining confidentiality, and delivering care with empathy and professionalism at all times. I am passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives, supporting them to live with dignity in their own homes, and providing care that is compassionate. I enjoy fitness & going to the gym, I also love spending time with my 2 boys & having fun. I'm a kind caring & happy person who loves to smile. I would love you to consider me as a carer for your family member & look forward to hearing from you.

FK3 0BY 204405 My name is Ethel, I am an experienced, professional, and caring lady with over 20 years invested in the care and support of others. I did not intend to do live in care but repeated requests by clients and their families has led to me specialising in Live In and Domiciliary care for over 10 years. I still keep up to date with the practices in other sectors of the care sector, including nursing and care and care in the community, and still work in these environments. I have training and the practical experience in specialist areas, such as special needs, dementia, palliative care and others such as challenging behaviours, self-harm, violent outbursts, danger to the public and Autism and Down Syndromes. I believe we should all work together as it is only then we can create the type of world, most of us wish to live in. My personal life revolves around nay family, which takes up much of my free time, including my son and wife, Granddaughter, nephews, nieces, cousins, and of course my “aunties” and “uncles”, who still offer me advice on anything (or everything) except I am an “auntie” to a few, and am happy to give advice and guidance based on my own experience, life. Myself and a few other African ladies have formed a club and invest resources etc. to help and empower Africans mainly back in Southern Africa, but also abroad to succeed, especially women, and encourage them to do the same for others. I do not give my services lightly, but when I commit to something, I do it to the best of my ability utilising my experience and my upbringing that taught me that the greatest thing we can do is the care of others. Give me a call and we can discuss hours, rates, needs, wants, etc. Then give me a try, you won’t regret it.

FK3 8SU 112297 I chose to become a carer because I’m deeply passionate about supporting adults with a range of needs, including those living with mental health challenges and dementia. My journey began with caring for my grandmother full-time for over five years, during which I gained invaluable hands-on experience and developed a strong understanding of compassionate, person-centered care. Prior to that, I also cared for my great-uncle during his end-of-life stage, which gave me early insight into the emotional and physical support people need during such sensitive times. Over the past five years, I have worked as a live-in carer through an agency and as an assistant carer. I am currently studying to become a nurse, which has deepened my knowledge and enhanced my clinical skills. My Key Responsibilities Have Included: Administering and prompting medication Supporting clients with dressing, washing, bathing, and all aspects of personal care, always maintaining dignity Assisting with continence care Observing and reporting any changes in mood, skin condition, or behavior to the care team Preparing meals and light housework duties Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment Supporting service users with their morning and evening routines Completing detailed care plans to ensure tailored, quality care I am compassionate, reliable, and respectful of each individual's needs and preferences. I’m available most weekends and would love to support anyone in need of kind, professional care. Please feel free to get in touch if you're interested.
