In my role as a live-in carer: I have set up and kept under review a client specific care plan I have provided meals, fed the client, given them their medication I have provided personal care, including incontinence support, showering and dressing I carried out a range of housekeeping tasks like cleaning, washing, laundry, cooking and preparing his meals, administering and ordering his medication, arranging doctors' appointments and medical checks. The feedback from the family was that I provided outstanding care. My hobbies are cooking, reading and writing.
