Looking after people has always been a pleasure for me, there is no such a good thing than seeing that you are impacted positively people life. I used to look after a young adult for 6 years, he had cerebral palsy and my duties and responsibilities involved medical administration, personal care, cleaning his mickey button, set up his peg, outdoor activities( shopping, pottery class, cookery class, travel by car to see extended family etc). In addition I worked with brain injury people where my duties involved bowel managment, Tracheostomy care, physiotherapy and many more. My motto is always to try to put smile on people face it's not always easy but it's possible.
