A conscientious carer who has repeatedly delivered compassionate outstanding thought and support to every person I have worked for. I have had a lot of experience working with the elderly, and this includes dementia, I am always looking to update my training within health and social care, I am currently studying a level 2 working in health and social care. I am an excellent communicator both within a team environment, or within the families I have worked for. My main passion in life is making a difference to others that need me, by building rapport and understanding their needs. I am well organised, focused and I have excellent time keeping skills. I am an extremely empathic person, hence why I have chosen this line of work. I have been working for the NHS as a health care assistant and I am planning on pursuing my career into nursing. I have worked in care homes and the community as well as hospitals. I currently work for a private healthcare company, 5-15 hours a week, here I am studying my NVQ 3 Im health and social care. I am looking to work an additional 2-5 hours, self employed. I look forward to hearing from you :)
