My personality and character fit very well with home situations. I do have leadership qualities and am prepared to share whatever knowledge I have all the time. I think and solve problems quickly following policies and in line with the home expectation. I have no problem working on numerous tasks at the same time and also involving other workers, when and where ever possible. Working side by side with service users is of paramount importance to me, especially in planning and when they are engaging in their activities.. My good listening skills have never let me down as I won't go wrong in my operations and advance planning. I am aware that I am responsible for the place functions whenever I am on duty. Medication ordering ,checking, administration and also booking appointments has been my priority all the time. Ability to use initiative and make decisions
