Few weeks later, I got a job in a nursing home. I didn't take much time to discover the joy and fulfilment derive from offering care services. Even after my studies in 2022, I still see myself seeking to do this job despite being a masters graduate in International Project Management. During these years, I have worked in care homes, supported living homes, residential homes and mental health hospitals. As a good carer, I put myself in the shoes of people my clients . With empathy and compassion, I understand my clients care needs and offer high quality, person centred services. I am a good listener and deliver my care with trust and kindness.
