I have worked in the care field for about 5 years, though I started when I was young taking care of my grandparents. I enjoy care work as it makes me feel good to know that I am making a difference in someone's life. I am naturally caring so it all comes easily to me. My experience has been in nursing homes, residential homes and I have also done domiciliary care. I am competent to use several equipment including hoists, standing aids, commode and have experience in catheter care. I can follow guidelines to assist with exercises. Having use of a car and a clean drivers licence will allow me to travel at least up to 2hrs away from LS28 area for live in care and within 5 miles at least for day, night and waking night work. I would like to do live-in care on any rotations or length of stay, day care, night and waking nights. I love cooking different types of foods, reading, swimming, watching tennis, listening to music, dancing ( even though am rubbish ), travelling and walking sight seeing I have great interpersonal skills and a crazy sense of humour, or so I am told. As I mentioned I have a few years experience in the care industry, I have had in-house training but don't have access to certificates. The prices mentioned will increase slightly if a couple
