I have worked in different social care settings for more than ten years from which I benefited skills and knowledge as for me to provide professional support to clients. I am a reliable and a trustworthy team player with good quality of suppleness towards presentation of all my duties. In personal development I have pursued and achieved several trainings and qualifications which include Diploma in health and social care, Safe administering medication, NVQ level 2 and Foundation degree in Science in Community Care. I always maintain high level of keeping confidentiality and excellent interpersonal skills which enable me to relate well and communicate effectively with clients and other colleagues. I always work within the guidelines of ‘’Valuing People’’ every time when I am on shift. I support adults and elderly with mental issues, learning disabilities, down syndrome, autism, challenging behaviours, blind dementia, homeless and many others who lives in a supported accommodation and in their homes. I am friendly and passion person who is dedicated in seeing other people achieving their potential in life through my contribution in their lives
