I am a very patient and organized person. I am a flexible person and patient as well. Below are some of the projects I have worked on and currently working on part-time with an Autistic service user. My hobbies are going out for walk, reading, listening to the news, and playing games with service users. Autism Support Worker: Private Care Arrangement: Bank 2016- Present • I support an autism service user in East London • Assist with personal care, toileting, laundry, and ironing • Feeding and preparing meals • Interacting with the service user especially joining in singing • Culm and manage hunger behavior • Taking service the user for walks, swimming, and attending music classes. • Accompany service user to church • Managing social behavior and communication difficulties. Care Home Bank Staff 2012-2020 • Prompting medication • Feeding and preparing meals • Report writing about the service user’s wellbeing • Following care plans and addressing problems at the office where necessary. • Sit-in services for a service user when other support carers when off duty. Residential home: Bank Care Staff 2011-2012 • Was responsible for residents at night, ensuring all were safe and monitored from falls and other accidents. • Provided personal care throughout the night and in the morning hours. • Prepared reports for individual care plans for monitoring purposes and for the next incoming support worker. • Prepared breakfast for residents and fed those who could not feed themselves. • Ensured the rooms were tied up and the laundry for washing. • I responded to residents' calls if the panic buttons went off.
