I have experience of working with different clients groups, Elderly frail clients, people with Dementia and people with Learning disabilities / mental health, both in Residential Homes and in the community in cl...More I am have been a carer for 12 years, 4 of these years has been delivering live in care. I have experience of working with different clients groups, Elderly frail clients, people with Dementia and people with Learning disabilities / mental health, both in Residential Homes and in the community in clients own homes. From 2022 I have worked with a client in a Nursing home for 9 months, doing one to one with her in a Residential care home. My duties have been meetings her personal care needs, for she was incontinent and maintaining personal hygiene around her Meeting her needs like feeding her, grooming, raising her needs to the family e. g Hair dresser appointment etc. I have also been helping her to meet her social needs, setting music that she was interested in. Sadly she pass away in December at 104 years. I am now looking for long term clients where I can get to know my clients and deliver the one to one care that I love to deliver. I am happy to travel throughout the UK to include Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland as long as travelling expenses are covered both ways by my future clients. When doing live in I prefer to have my 2 hour break each day, if this can be covered by family member or a local carer but happy to discuss with clients. I am happy to work public holidays for clients, my rates can be discussed on a individual basic.

A group Insurance Policy in place for Ecare Group, which also covers the Legal Liability of carers.
Up to 1,000,000 covering claims against you if you have accidentally caused Bodily Injury or Damage to Property.
Up to 1,000,000 covering claims made against you for Professional Negligence in your role as a carer.
Where necessary the Insurer will appoint legal counsel to defend claims made against you under either of the above Liability sections.
