I am energetic, I love exercise, cycling, walking gym and I also like talking! I like to travel and explore new adventures. I have worked in a care home as an activity co-ordinator doing things like gentle exercises and music activities, plus days out. I also have cared for a neighbour, helping with her shopping and taking her out in her wheelchair to church visiting friends etc. I care for my mum too, helping her in and out of bath, shopping, cleaning and I take her out in the car to visit family and friends. It gives me great pleasure to know that I have made a difference to someones life.
