Being carer means willingness to promote wellness, healthy habits, independence living of person-centred care. Being a carer also, revolves around being compassionate, empathetic and ardent. I have experience in the care sector for more than ten years. This includes, in hospitals, care homes and working with children and adults with learning disabilities. I also. have experience as live-in carer. I regard myself as a good cook who can prepare English and Irish dishes, African and Caribbean cuisines. I prefer not to work with pets. I like walking, running, reading books, keeping up to date with current affairs/ news, and listening to music. I don’t smoke or vape. I am not a driver.
