I have the experience and ability to support clients w...More I am a conscientious, patient and kind individual and I enjoy company of others. Also compassionate and hardworking. I have been working in the Health and Social Care field for 17 years and have developed a multitude of skills over the years. I have the experience and ability to support clients with a wide range of needs, for example individuals with dementia, autism and chronic conditions. I recently provided end of life care. I also specialised in depression care. The care which I provide include (e.g, personal care, catheter, administration of medication, activities , meal preparation, cleaning, and companionship while maintaining a safe working environment through knowledge of Health and Safety regulations. Part of the reason why I enjoy being in this field, I believe and understand the importance of clients maintaining as much of their independence, and having a good quality of life as possible. In some cases, clients can be more complex than others but I have been able to adapt to each person’s needs. I love reading and enjoy going out for walks to explore the nature.
