I was part of the service team providing support and care for the patients discharged from hospitals. In January 2019 I was nominated by Portsmouth City Council, with five other colleagues, to provide care in the community of Portsmouth. This council project was successfully implemented as a new domiciliary care system. As a live LIVE IN carer I have worked in multiple long or short term jobs, l am flexible to work from days to months. I have a caring and friendly nature and l took a lot of pride in my work. I have demonstrated strong skills for this career, being trained and qualified in dementia care, paliative care, complex care and care for people with learning disabilities. My trainings are annually updated and I like to make my knowledges available to the people who need it, by doing this job brings me huge contentment and satisfaction. As personal hobbies are healthy cooking and gardening, I love plants and animals alike. I like and spend my free time at the sea side as much as possible, meditating, swimming or watching documentary or artistic films. I believe I have found my calling in this profession and I do my best for my clients.

    Ileana was extremely caring and very professional whilst looking after my parents. My father has no standing mobility and Ileana was able to molift him with a supporting carer and take care of all his personal care needs, as well as help with food preparation. Ileana showed advanced care for both Dad and Mum. Mum has Alzheimer’s and Ileana was able to manage her needs. I would highly recommend Ileana she is very suitable for both individual care and also for couples. She is brilliant.

    Ileana helped look after my mother ( Pat) at home from Sept 2021-Nov 2021. Ileana was very professional, reliable and caring. Mum had a number of Carers during the 12 months before she passed away and Ileana was one of the best; kind, honest and determined to do the best for her client. Thank you Ileana.
