I have the relevant experience from my previous support worker/carer job where I covered the main duties which include personal care, social inclusions, companionship, prompting medication and filling notes/records. I want to be a carer as I have the determination to make a difference to the lives of others. I am a very empathetic individual that treats all my service users with compassion and with dignity and the respect they deserve.
