Many of my roles involve, medication support, travel accompany, personal presentation and hygiene, social support, befriending and independent visiting and day to day administration, support and care.     Very Good

    Toyin was consistently patient, calm, and understanding while supporting my mum. She was always accommodating whenever I needed to adjust times or arrangements, and she approached her work with kindness and professionalism. Although my mum struggled to warm to her and could sometimes be rude due to her condition, Toyin handled these moments with grace and continued to provide care to the best of her ability. I appreciate the effort and patience she showed throughout her time with us.
