I have First Class communication skills and an experienced facilitator with good organisational skills. I have over the last 30 yrs worked with a variety of clients tending to their individual needs. I work closely with Family, Friends and other Health care professionals' in delivering an exceptional level of care. I have attended Social Services meetings and organised PIP interviews assisting when required. If possible I like to keep my Clients active; Afternoon Teas, Church, Shopping, WI Meetings etc.. depending on their mobility. As I find this helps with their mental and physical well being. I have vast experience of looking after clients with varying degrees of all Dementias. I am well versed in ALL Aspects of care having worked for Private Care companies as well as individual Clients whose Families have engaged my services on a Ad-hoc basis or in some cases for a longer period of time. I am well versed in using Technology as a way of keeping clients' families updated. As I have had clients with family living abroad. I can also provide Emergency Care and overnight Care at short notice if required to do so. I can also provide up to date references with contact details including phone numbers. On a personal note I try to play Golf and on a regular basis I also enjoy Swimming, pottering in the Garden, Theatre and Walking. I have 5 Grandchildren a small Dog named Joe.

Andrea is being a wonderful career for my mum while she recuperates after a knee replacement. Mum says she is being addressed as the capable adult she is during a time needing some assistance. Andrea took the lead on making a visit to mum to ensure the two of them get on together before taking on any caring role. Mum is an independent person who needs her own space. Andrea is giving support and friendship without invasive or patronising behaviour. I'm very grateful to Andrea.
