Prior to pursuing higher education, I have a wealth of experience that spans over 16 years in providing high quality care and support to children, young people and adults with different social care settings in the community. I worked with children, young people with learning inabilities, elderly in the community and care home setting. l have done various care work i.e palliative care, I cared for people with MS, huntingdon, spinal injuries, bipolar and other mental health issues. My own mother is epileptic so am aware what to do and care for persons with epilepsy. I supported women and children who were victims of domestic violence and abuse in a womens refuge. I was a support worker in a mothers and baby unit which i really enjoyed and later supported them to be housed in the community. I would say am an all rounder and i can work in various care setting. I am easy going and I get on well with anybody and everyone. I have a variety of hobbies; I enjoy cooking, sewing cinema, shopping, reading watching sports but not rugby and cricket as i don't understand the game. Am keen gardener, l love travelling including driving in the country sides like road trips. In a nutshell that's who l am, fun with very good sense humour.
