This has ranged from people with dementia, arthritis, alzheimers, cancer, or rehabilitation clients who may have fallen or been in an accident. I have hands on experience with catheter care, stomas, hoists, slidesheets and other moving equipment such as standaids and sara steadies as I have been in care for the past year working alongside the NHS in North Devon and am now looking to be a bit closer to home.
I have supported a variety of clients and their families through difficult situations and continuously worked together to make the right transitions and ensure the needs of the client are met to a good and happy standard.
I enjoy cooking, travelling, socialising with family and friends and watching films in my spare time. I am able to cook for my clients, and also have a few years experience working in kitchens, so I'm not afraid to make or try something new.
I am flexible with days/nights required and am happy to discuss what requirements may be needed to make it easy as possible.
