I have worked directly with service users with different care needs. My experience extends from working in care homes, residential homes and domiciliary care. I have years of experience in working with individuals with physical impairment, mobility issues, Dimentia, and Learning Difficulties. I have the ability to also work with young people with autism and challenging behaviour. I am currently about to complete my studies in social work and therefore have vast experience of supporting individuals with different needs. My previous job role before I went to pursue my studies was to support children and families experiencing domestic abuse. During this time I offered advice and signposted individuals including those with substance misuse issues to specialist agencies. Skills I have good communication skills, am a good listening skills, I am very empathetic and very patient. I am naturally calm and very non-judgemental. I am very respectful and believe that each person is unique in their own way. I work well with others and embrace difference. I have good organisational skills, and very hard working. Hobbies I love cooking, listening to music and meeting new people.
