I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and finance and a Master of business administration (MBA) from the University of Lagos. It's my passion to support and care for the vulnerablehelping them to live a fulfilling life, safeguarding and upholding their fundamental rights. I am motivated by my principles which shapes my mindset; I believe that everyone deserves a fair chance to live an independent quality life and be supported to do those things they enjoy doing and assisted with those things they no longer have the capacity to do and ensure this is done in their best interest. The quality of respect, compassion, integrity and responsibility are very special to me and defines my work both now and moving into the future. I have provided care and support for over 2years in both formal roles within the UK and personal family roles outside the UK. Due to previous experiences of working with a range of people in the care in various work placements including care homes, residential care and hospital supporting with differs disabilities, challenging behaviours, learning and communication difficulties, along with the knowledge gained through my trainings have reinforced my commitment to providing quality care with almost duty of care. To further my knowledge and skills in working with and around people of all age group, I have completed several courses and trainings in NAPPI 1 & 2 , Psychology of Old Age, PROACT-SCIPr-UK® , person-based care for supporting epilepsy and autism spectrums amongst others including dementia and bipolar disorder I have hobbies in travelling (road trips), using the gym, cycling, and teaching (sharing new knowledge). In addition to being compassionate and diligent, I have demonstrated a high level of professionalism and good organisation skills in my previous roles and will be happy to help if my services are requested.
