Building a working relationship is very important to me as I get to see any changes In a persons wellbeing. I’ve had experience of working as a team leader for one year in a care agency but my work in the community with the people that mattered was limited due to office work. I am enjoying being back out where I belong. I can provide lovely references from people whose family members I’ve looked after, my experience with mainly dementia clients involved personal care, medication, meal preparation, house cleaning and companionship.
