I'm very positive ,encouraging, reliable and self motivated person who provides a high standard of care. Helping others makes me happy and complete. I can easily build a relationship with my clients who are mainly elderly people with different sorts of disabilities, young adults, lonely, people with dementia and autism. I’m also aware there is a countless number of people in the community who have lost their lack of confidence. I help them to see life from a different perspective by taking them out and showing how to enjoy themselves again. I’m a great listener and my aim is to help my clients to achieve their personal goals ,aspirations and also to be their when they need my support. I have lots of skills and experience from my previous job role where I used to work with clients from independent living environment. I was there also a team leader working with 50 residents and 20 staff. have learned in this environment how to deal with catheters, peg or a stoma bags. I will happily work with clients from Grantham and surrounding areas in a distance of 30 miles. In case of diet restrictions I will be able to cook a fresh meal for you or to do some basic physio after you come back from hospital. I’m looking forward to working with you and to build a great relationship which both of us will remember forever.
