I am looking for an opportunity to continue my passion of working with people in need of care and sensitivity in a manner which supports, understands and respect them as individuals always, ensuring their rights of choice and privacy whilst maintaining their safety. Some of my main duties include the following- Supporting clients with daily care needs which include their care plan, administration and storage of prescribed medication, personal hygiene, companionship. Liaising with external agencies as required e.g. GPs,Hospital appointments, Local authorities. Completing any administrating tasks relevant to the jobs. Undertaking general housekeeping and socialising (outings) duties as required then contributing to planning and support packages and help create a comfortable environment for the client.
