Louise recently cared for my elderly mother who needed some help with her nightly routine before bed. She treated my mother with respect and dignity and was very obliging to do anything asked or her and was always punctual and reliable. We would highly recommend her to friends and family and would not hesitate to call on her again if needed.

Louise is very kind, cheerful and patient with our Mum who has a number of health needs. She is very willing to help out with anything that's required and also makes time to chat to Dad so that he doesn't feel 'left out'. Louise will often suggest practical things that may help Mum, like visual cards to aid communication as Mum struggles with her speech sometimes. Louise is professional and reliable and we are very thankful to have found her.

Louise is amazing, she has spent time to get to know my mum, understand her needs, and in her words "helps make our routine easier" and not here to change how we live. She has also taken pressure off others in the house by helping with general chores when time allows. She is respectful, friendly, kind, sociable and considerate. She is very helpful and has also assisted us to get other help from others i.e. equipment needed. I would highly recommend Louise.
