This is the reason I went into care work. When my children left home I took the opportunity to become a support worker so that I could continue looking after others, something I know I am very good at. I enjoy helping clients live their best life In whatever way is important to them. I have experience in personal grooming , I can assist with hygiene, toileting , eating, cooking, medication prompting. I have experience of working as a live in carer to a lovely lady with early onset dementia, I have worked in a rehabilitation unit which dealt with brain injuries and diseases such as Parkinson’s and Multiple Sclerosis. I have also supported a young autistic man living in his own home. I like cooking and crafts but my favourite way to spend spare time is with my family, my husband, sons and baby Granddaughter are my absolute pride and joy. I take pride in the work I do and will always give my best when I am responsible for you and your welfare. I believe in treating everyone with dignity and respect. Please contact me if you think I can help either yourself or a family member. I also have availability for respite work if you want a break or your regular carer is on holiday.

If you are looking for an excellent carer who is kind, patient, and experienced, you need look no further than Linda. Linda attending my wedding to care for my partner's mother, who has Alzheimer's Disease. She was very patient with my mother in law, and was able to keep her calm and assist her with eating and going to the toilet despite a language barrier. Linda is both professional and personable. My mum, a retired RN, was also very impressed, and said Linda was excellent.

Linda is an all round lovely carer who really goes above and beyond on a daily basis. She has looked after my mother in law for almost a year and neither of us could be without her. Nothing phases her and her cheerful, ‘can do’ personality shines through in every situation she comes across. She is trustworthy, kind and patient and I would totally recommend her as a carer.

I can’t praise Linda highly enough ! She really helped me out when I needed a few hours respite during last few weeks , she’s such a lovely caring lady , she was sensitive , friendly & very professional , she was just perfect for our needs , she’s trustworthy , well presented & easy to get along with and myself and my father soon warmed to her and I like to think she did with us ! The whole Curam experience was easy from start to finish , I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Linda , she’s A++++

I would highly recommend Linda as an attentive, kind hearted, professional and diligent carer. We only used her briefly before my Father-in-Law went into a nursing home but she did a wonderful job looking after him and we could tell that he was very happy to be left with her.

Having never needed to use a carer before, I was somewhat dubious at what to expect. From the first initial meeting, I knew I would be happy to leave my dad in her care. She is very kind, caring and has a good sense of humour. She clearly enjoys her job. She interacted well with my dad and kept me updated all the time. I'm sure her help and kindness aided my dad's recovery, and they had a great time while I was away. I have used Linda again since and would not hesitate in recommending her.

Linda showed great care, kindness, and sympathy to my wife during the last few months of her life. Her support provided great help and advice, and a morale boost, to both my wife (age 81) and myself (age 82), during a difficult period.
