I have worked in a local authority care home as well as for a private company caring for clients in their own homes. I have also worked in a private nursing residential care home supporting nurses to care for a varied range of clients. I love my work but most of all I love making a difference to someone’s life. It’s very important to me to ensure my client always has the most dignified care. I’m committed , honest, reliable, empathetic, patient, respectful and extremely caring. Teresa always goes well beyond her brief, being truly caring and looking out for my 89 year old mother, providing support and reassurance with her day to day challenges. Teresa is an absolute star and I don't know what I'd do without her. Out of 10 I would give her an 11.
