My mantra is that if they were a member of my family I would want the best for them. Therefore, show the client the same consideration as a family member. I always take a lateral flow test before seeing a client. I will continue to do this during any period of covid-19 concern.

Excellent
Looking after my father in law. Alan is caring and fully understands the needs of my father in law. He has made such a difference to the whole family. We live 95 miles away but have constant communication. Alan is everything and more that we were looking for from a carer. He is also flexible. My mother in law has her life back and is enjoying the break that Alan has given her. Perfect all round carer .
