S14 1LT 363214 As a live-in carer, my day begins by making sure the person I support feels safe, comfortable, and ready for the day ahead. I help with morning routines such as washing, dressing, preparing breakfast, and ensuring medication is taken correctly. Throughout the day, I provide companionship, emotional support, and assistance with household tasks including cooking, cleaning, laundry, and shopping as requested . I encourage independence wherever possible while always being available to help with mobility, personal care, appointments, or activities. I take time to listen, have conversations, and create a calm and positive environment so the person feels valued and supported. Every day is different, but my priority is always to provide compassionate, person-centred care that promotes dignity, comfort, and well being. Being a live-in carer means becoming a trusted presence in someone’s home and helping them live safely, happily, and with confidence in their daily life. I consider myself to be an adept, individual who- wants to work in any environment ,to encourage rehabilitation and for individuals to be well enough to live the best quality of life possible despite what they are going through. Respect and diversity are some of the aspects l consider important when dealing with clients, because l value when that is done for me. I take communication as one of the important tools in care as it helps the client ,relatives and the carer to meet the goals together. Lastly had the privilege to work in different care sightings ,worked in nursing homes, did live in care and trained as a mental health nurse and worked in Hospitals as an NHS nurse. All these different sectors have helped me to understand and treat people as individuals

DN21 1JL 358428 Hi, I’m Florence, a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional with more than five years of hands-on experience supporting adults and young people with disabilities, learning difficulties, autism, and complex needs in residential group homes and community settings. I genuinely love this work because it’s about seeing the person first – listening to what matters to them, understanding their strengths and goals, and helping them grow in confidence and independence every single day. Whether it’s through person-centred care plans, emotional support, or just being a steady, positive presence, I’m committed to treating everyone with the respect and dignity they deserve. My specialist skills come from a wide range of roles, including senior night shift leadership where I’ve assessed needs for up to 15 residents at a time, written and reviewed care plans, delivered behavioural and emotional support, administered medication safely, and coordinated everything from medical appointments to fun community outings. I’m confident in first aid, safeguarding, multidisciplinary teamwork, and creating supportive environments that feel safe and empowering. I also really enjoy planning and joining in everyday activities like baking, shopping, cinema trips, housekeeping, and skill-building tasks that help people feel more connected and capable. What makes me a great Care Professional is my calm, patient nature and my belief that real progress happens when people feel truly heard and valued. A typical day with me might start with warm morning (or evening) check-ins, supporting personal care and daily routines, joining in activities that build life skills and confidence, accompanying clients to doctors or dentists when needed, and making sure every handover is clear so the team stays on the same page. I always make time to celebrate small wins and adapt to whatever the day brings. I’m particularly experienced with night shifts and complex needs support, and I’m regularly available for evenings, overnights, and weekend work. If you’re looking for someone reliable, warm, and focused on helping people live their best life, I’d be honoured to support you or your loved one. I can also offer my services for live in care on a 1 week on 1 week rotation within a 50 miles radius of Gainsborough.

What I like most about working as a living carer is that I can provide high quality of care and support that enables my client to enjoy life living independently in their own home. I am an excellent driver and I hold a clean full UK driving licence with no points or convictions. I am also a very good cook, and I really enjoy cooking.  I can prepare meals for more than one person at a time, and if you are married, or if you would like to meet with friends or family it would be a pleasure for me being able to cook for you and your family seeing you together sharing in the best of company. Sometimes I have traveled abroad with my clients to go on holidays, visit their family, and once to go to a wedding. And If you need to go abroad as well as English I also speak Spanish, Catalan, basic Italian, and basic Chinese Mandarin. And I can drive LHD or RHD vehicles, manual or automatic. I can provide company, and I am also a good listener, time keeper, and organised and tidy and always keen to follow instructions. I love animals, and If you have pets, or other animals, I am more than happy to help in any way I can. I can work for a short length of time, and for longer periods, from a week or a few days to up to 3 months at a time, and then I usually have a break for a week or two. You may find that my rates are a bit higher than other carers, but you will notice the difference in the quality of care I provide and in the level of commitment I put in everything I do and the peace of mind that it gives. Please feel free to ask me anything you would like to know, as I always try to be flexible, respond promptly and adapt in every way I can. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile bio. I would really love to hear from you.

DE5 3RQ 36499 My name is Ciprian and I have spent the last 12 years working as a carer and healthcare assistant here in the UK, so I managed to gather a lot of experience with quite a wide range of health conditions, with patients of all ages. I have been part of the NHS for about four months in 2016, after which I decided to focus on the private care sector, specifically on the live-in aspect of it. I am a very enthusiastic and motivated type of person, and my work experience goes beyond the health care system here in the UK, being previously a teacher and language trainer back home in Romania prior to coming to the UK in 2010. I am sure that I can find a way to help you and your personal needs one way or another, and I want to thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. I’m looking forward to hearing from you soon. Best wishes,, Ciprian
