GU20 6AJ 135502 Being a calm and helpful person, care naturally comes from me. I always help and protect people around me. Having more than 11 years of experience and nice memories in care confirms that I love my mission. I have experience in end of life care, dementia, and physical and mental health problems. I worked years in community care, also for private clients, rehabs, and care homes and in live-in care. During this time, I studied towards nvq2. and nvq3, and I took successful exams. I took courses about end of life care, diabetes, dementia and mental health conditions, and I gained experience in these fields, too. I believe in the benefit of a positive approach, an encouraging smile with compassion and respect. Cheerful attitude is my nature. Therefore, using my service, people keep their dignity, they get professional help in a friendly way,  and we often laugh as we build up good mood for the day. To keep my spirit ready for all  this, I do daily yoga exercise, I love to do walks in nature a few times a week. In my breaks, I love travelling, doing outdoor sports, and listening to podcasts. The cutest person in my life is my 3 years old grandson, so family programmes take most of my holidays. From where I always return with good energies and excitement to help my new or regular client to make the most of their day safe and happy.

TW17 0BD 285535 I have 16 years experience working in the care industry and what makes me a great carer is that I see the person first, not the task. I’ve worked with clients who have a range of needs, and I’ve learned that the best care comes from listening properly, being patient, and treating people with the respect and dignity they deserve. I’m calm under pressure and reliable. Families and clients have told me they value that I explain things clearly, don’t rush, and take time to make sure they feel comfortable. Whether it’s personal care, medication prompts, meal prep, or just having a conversation, I approach each part of the job with the same level of care and attention. I understand that care is often emotional work. I’m good at building trust with clients who might be anxious, low, or reluctant to accept help. I stay professional but warm, and I know when to give space and when to offer support. I also work well with families and other professionals because I keep clear records and communicate openly. What drives me is knowing that the small things matter – making someone smile, helping them keep their independence, or making their day a little easier. I take pride in doing the job properly, and I’m committed to safeguarding, confidentiality, and following care plans to the letter.

KT15 2LX 127126 Having worked within the healthcare sector for a period of time I have come to understand that through a well structured person centred care plan, individuals and and will live a dignified, meaningful and fulfilling life. Looking after a human being has its challenges as many would agree not everyday is the same and you can never be prepared enough for unknown, but with experience and training I have learnt to respond to difficult situations as calmly as possible whilst maintaining the best interest of those in my care. It is during these years in service that I have developed a compassionate approach, it is important for me to get to know the individual am working with so I can support them appropriately to pursue and enjoy their interests. I chose the health care pathway while caring for my mother who was diabetic and eventually kidney failure, during that time we would spend a lot of time In and out of hospitals taking her for her dialysis sessions. I would sit with her and I would notice a lot of Nursing staff running around doing all that they can to make the patients comfortable, when mum demised I decided I wanted to carry on working supporting others with different health needs.Whenever I support the individual it is of utmost importance that I maintain privacy, dignity, as well as promoting choice and independence. I have had a great opportunity working in different care settings including NHS hospitals, private care homes for the elderly with various diagnoses, supported living for adults with learning disabilities, adults with physical disabilities, mental health disorders, palliative care, as well as end of life care. During my free time I enjoy reading, watching sport, keeping up with the current affairs, cooking and baking. I look forward to hearing from you if you think I could help.
