TN1 1TB 55343 Hello, my name is Borbala, and I have over nine years of experience working in health and social care. Caring for people is something I genuinely love, and I take pride in helping others live safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible. I believe every person deserves to be treated with kindness, dignity, and respect, and I always aim to build trusting relationships with the people I support and their families. I have experience supporting people living with autism, dementia, Parkinson's disease, cerebral palsy, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and complex care needs. I can provide personal care, medication prompting, meal preparation, housekeeping, shopping, companionship, transportation, and support with everyday activities. I am also trained in moving and handling, hoisting, catheter care, and stoma care. A day with me is about more than just completing tasks. I enjoy chatting over a cup of tea, preparing home-cooked meals together, going for walks, helping with hobbies, listening to music, gardening, watching films, or simply being there to provide reassurance and company. I believe the little things can make the biggest difference. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, reading, exercise, travelling, technology, and spending time outdoors. I am reliable, patient, friendly, and always happy to adapt my support to meet each person's individual needs and preferences. I currently have flexible availability and am happy to provide both short visits and longer-term support. My goal is always to help people feel safe, valued, and able to enjoy life in the comfort of their own home.

Care related NVQ level 3

BN8 4BP 295322 Hi, my name is Ida. I have started my journey as a carer working in community, mainly dementia cases, mostly socialising and having outings. During first wave of Corona virus, disturbing news of not enough care, made me change my path and I’ve applied working in a local Care Home, we all had to do what we could and I have chose to stay with the end of life patients. I found real passion for care and began to study, Care certificate, NVQ2 and NVQ3. As we are over global pandemic, it is time for me to return into my local community, with more experience and a few more qualifications, in the end of the day, there’s no place like home and I’d be very happy to help as many to continue with the good quality of life, right at home. My most common compliments usually are: “ always leaving everything in their places” and “very respectful to others belongings” I drive and very much enjoy outings, there’s always something to see and enjoy, even if it’s a walk in the park or a cheeky lunch in the gardening centre. I’m able to drive to important appointments in the hospital, dentist or gp. I work on my own initiative, if something can be done during the visit, that is not on the care plan, i believe, that it should be done, for example, empty the washing machine or water the plants, we can all do one act of kindness to make the world the better place. Fully insured and registered, photographic ID presented at each appointment. I am able to do 2 sleeping nights per week and I can be flexible on what nights I can work to fit around my clients. Thank you so much for taking your time reading my bio, I’ll be very happy to answer additional questions and visit you in person, if you want to tell me your story, I’m willing to listen to it and offer a hand of help

TN23TN 241231 For some people, caring is a job. To me, it goes beyond that. It is also a calling for me. I do care work because I have a genuine desire to help those who would otherwise be incapable of doing so themselves. To enable them enjoy and participate in life as much as the next person. To genuinely care for them while maintaining their dignity, no matter the age, gender or religion. I treat clients as if they were my own relatives. This empathy is what I feel is my greatest asset. I have been caring professionally for two years, but unofficially for as long as I can recall. As an individual with many aunts, I have cared for my aunts’ kids from the day they were born. My experience here includes washing, cooking for them, cleaning them up and a host of other activities. Additionally, I have cared for other relatives: aging uncles and aunts, ill ones and generally any member of my household and extended family that has required some level of care. This formed the springboard from which I decided to go into care professionally. I have worked in all kinds of situations with different types of care needs. I am efficient at providing care for the aging, end of life, disabilities of all sorts, elderly and a host of others. I have taken care of people with various conditions from incontinence, various types of cancer care, stomata care, dementia and such like. In all these, I have been driven by one main motivation: this is a human that could be my mum, dad, brother, sister, uncle, aunt or children. I have approached caring with utmost respect for the client, always aiming to treat them in such a way that they would feel valued and visible; enabling them to live a dignified life as much as is possible. I understand that each individual’s care needs are unique and can change over time. As such, I pride myself on being adaptable and flexible, capable of adjusting my approach to suit the specific requirements and circumstances of every client. My goal is to ensure that the care I provide is not only of the highest standard, but also truly personalised, reflecting the individual preferences and needs of each person I have the privilege to assist. I am committed to making any necessary adjustments to provide the best possible support and care, without compromising on dignity or respect. At the end of the day, your comfort, well-being, and peace of mind are my highest priorities.

Over that time I've supported clients with complex needs, including advanced dementia and significant moving and handling requirements, as well as high-profile households where discretion and professionalism were essential — I was consistently asked back, even by clients others found challenging. I grew up across Zimbabwe, South Africa, and Mozambique, which shaped a deep love of wild places and adventure — something I still chase in my time off, alongside dancing and reading. I bring warmth, compassion, and genuine curiosity to my work; I love hearing people's life stories, and I naturally read the room, whether a client wants lively conversation or quiet companionship. Clients and families have consistently valued my reliability, patience, and ability to adapt to what each person actually needs — not a one-size-fits-all approach to care.

I am responsible for preparing all of her meals - this covers shopping, cooking and freezing them for the month. I have accompanied my client on mini-breaks to provide support and companionship. I also have experience of working for a gentleman who had MS together with a man who had an acquired brain injury. I have worked as a Health Care Assistant at the Princess Royal Hospital but much prefer providing care/support on an individual basis where you can give 100% of your time to the client. I have worked for Age Concern providing domestic support in the home. I have first hand experience of dealing with dementia on a personal level. Prior to having my family in 2000, I worked for Lloyds Bank as part of the loss adjustment team following the pension mis-selling scandal. In addition I have 12 years experience calculating, running and paying company pension schemes. I was responsible for a team of 6 people but following time off to start a family I decided to enter the caring profession and I have not looked back.
