Also, work as a team with other professionals who come in to support the clients in a centered way and ensure all personal hygiene aspects of the clients are met. This may include hoisted if needed, washing, cooking, and feeding, changing pads depending on each individual needs. I also have a duty of empowering service users and treating each person as an Individual. Having worked in health and social care for more than a decade, I have been pursuing not only to be a caregiver but to assess and provide a client centered assessment and intervention strategies and deliver unique support options for them and be able to determine the needs and goals of the clients.
