I have also worked with people with cerebral palsy and PEG feeding. In August 2022 l had a privilege of caring for a young girl (19years) while her family took off some time on holiday. I had to hoist her into bed and wheel chair, she was PEG feeding and l had to manage that using an infusion machine, I was responsible for all her bathes and hygiene care to ensure she was comfortable. I had to do all cooking & cleaning. Before becoming a carer, l trained in early years and used to work with young children. This experience boosted my caring ability and it made it easier for me to care for people of all ages. I love reading, cooking and baking. Due to working part time I had the opportunity to take up another part time role as a physiotherapy assistant. This position was working with elderly patients transferred from a London Hospital. As well as these positions I was looking after my parents at a distance ensuring that they had medications at all times. Looking after their bills and any other payments. Ultimately arranging care for my father as his vascular dementia got worse. Moving back to London in 2012 I looked after my next door neighbour in mornings and evenings for a year. It was wonderful year proving that my care skills were still very much alive I love making sure people are comfortable and if I know of anything that can help them even more I will try and find out how it can be done. I was working in nursing home, residential care homes, hospital and domiciliary care meeting nice people who need support. I started as a health care assistant , team leader, care coordinator, qualified senior carer and finally Deputy Manager in Residential Care Home. I am driver with own car, so distance is not really matter to me. I am reliable, polite, patience, punctual, pay attention for details, well organised. My clients like my company and way how I work. In the future, I am planning to open my nursing home in my homeland Poland because I would like to help people who are disadvantage and vulnerable . My hobbies are: painting, DIY, gardening, golfing.
