SM1 4RY 155416 Hi, my name is Julie. I have worked in the care sector for almost 30 years, and love everything about it. My previous roles have included theatre nursing, support worker, health care assistant and managing a supported living service for people with learning disabilities for around 8 years. I am a good listener, always put my clients needs and preferences at the forefront of what I do, and treat everyone with dignity and respect. My rates are negotiable depending on care needs, with more simple care being charged less and more complex care being charged more. Thanks for reading and I look forward to working with you.

SW19 3QL 78385 I am Finnish. I am a mature lady now but I came to England in my late teens. I have been Care and support worker since 2014. Most of my clients I have cared for for 5-6 years in domiciliary care .I have been a Carer for 9 years. Some clients had physical issues some mental. Some just needed companionship. I have been told one of my strengths is good communication. I did a short English language course in Brighton in Sussex where I fell in love with England. I went back to Finland after my course back to grammar school. Then when little older I returned to England this time to London where I lived in Central London for decades. I have a grown up daughter now and I stay with her sometimes. I did domiciliary care for nearly 7 years in Surrey where we moved eventually but now I do mostly Live in care. I have cared for people with many different issues over the years some younger than myself some 100 and even over. Some just wanted companionship or running the household. I have experience of Parkinsons Disease End of life care Dementia Down Syndrome Autistic Spectrum Disorder to name a view I have been told by my Care Manager that I have good communication skills. I have no prejudice. I respect others and expect it from others. I returned to England to London this time where I lived and worked for decades. Then I moved to Surrey. My interests are anything to do with the house. I like to improve my surroundings. House and Garden is one of my favourite magazines. I go to auctions and antique fairs and art exhibitions, I love music and dancing from Classic FM to Pop. I have even tried Flamenco and Salsa.I am also interested in Current Affairs. I like cars and driving but also walking , I could not live without TV. I need to see what is happening in the world and I enjoy shows like Strictly Come Dancing and some of the soaps and documentaries. In my care work I truly care and I follow person centred care. To me care is not just a job. However I work within professional boundaries. I have cared for many amazing people and of course sadly some are not with us anymore. One of my clients was 100. I was proud to attend her big party with 100 others and managed to even get a card to her from her favourite TV personality and politician in addition to the one from the amazing Her Majesty,s ' . Early this year I moved into Live In care . My daughter is grown up and lives in Wimbledon . I sometimes stay with her, Her father has passed away.. Experience in Parkinsons Dementia Bipolar Aspergers MS Sight and Hearing issues End of life care I truly care and offer person centred care.

KT3 3NN 252452 Hello, I am a female home carer with a passion for helping others. With over six years of experience, I am well-versed in providing care for individuals with a range of needs, including mild cognitive impairment, bedbound conditions, Parkinson's disease, anxiety, and depression. I offer a variety of care types, including live-in, hourly, and overnight care, ensuring that I can accommodate the unique needs and schedules of my clients. Moreover, my ability to drive and possession of a car allow me to provide reliable transportation and assistance with running errands. In my previous roles, I have developed a strong skillset that includes bathing, toileting, assistance with dressing, catheter care, and companionship. These skills, combined with my caring, friendly, and helpful nature, enable me to provide exceptional care tailored to the individual needs of my clients. Outside of my caregiving work, I enjoy pursuing hobbies such as painting, walking, dancing, and cooking and baking. I also find enjoyment in engaging in puzzles, as they not only provide mental stimulation, but also allow for quality time with my clients. Additionally, I am comfortable working in homes with pets, including cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, and birds. I understand the importance of pets to many individuals and believe they can provide comfort and companionship to those in need. Ultimately, my motivation for being a caregiver stems from my desire to help others lead independent lives. I find great satisfaction in seeing my clients thrive and maintain their dignity and autonomy with the support I provide. If you are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and compassionate carer, I am confident that I would be the perfect fit for you or your loved one.

SM5 2DT 193955 I started as a Nursing Care Assistant in the late 1980's. I worked in a Long Stay Ward at Hospital and done my Training there. After this I worked in a Nursing Care Home in New Malden. At present I'm still looking after Clients but privately, helping them with mealtimes, shopping, and light housework. Being a Carer is to put the Client's needs first and find out exactly what kind of help they require, then work a care plan out which is suitable for them. Many of the care agencies work alongside social services and are not allowed to do more than 45 mins per Client which I disagree with. In my opinion giving care takes as long as takes, and I don't believe this should be rushed in any shape or form.

KT4 8RR 7598 I am eager to provide compassionate care to people who have trouble looking after their needs. I am a skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about improving people's lives. I have a proven ability to meet the personal care needs of clients in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes their independence. I am easy going by nature and able to get along with most situations and people. My care role started with my grandma and since then it is present in my life :) I came to the UK in 2014 and started my career with a care agency. I was trained and when I have received a Certificate of Fundamental Care I become a carer. I used to work with a variety of adults clients - disable or elderly. In March this year, I attended training centred around dementia: BPSD and physiotherapy.
