My experience as a carer equates to around 25 years, and is largely with the elderly with dementia. Although more recently includes palliative/end of life care. As a people person I am caring and compassionate, and someone who easily identifies with the needs of others. I come with excellent communication and organisational skills, always with a conscientious approach to the task in hand. Additionally, I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated and confident individual, who is also flexible, adaptable and hard-working.
