HA8 7HE 312100 I am a well-organised, committed, compassionate, adaptable and hardworking healthcare assistant/support worker and has always had a fervent desire to serve those in need. My strong interpersonal skills and sincere desire to improve service users' lives, in my view, make me an excellent fit for caring for my clients. HA7 3PN 373417 About Me Hi, my name is Cesaria, but everyone calls me Sarie. I am originally from the Philippines and currently live in the UK. I am married and have a son, while my family remains in the Philippines. I am also an only child and no longer have my parents. These life experiences have taught me resilience, independence, empathy, and the importance of meaningful relationships. They have also shaped the way I care for others with kindness, patience, respect, and genuine compassion. My passion for care began long before it became my profession. I was a Red Cross Volunteer in the Philippines, which inspired me to pursue a career supporting people. I have over 9 years of professional care experience. I worked as a freelance/on-call caregiver in private homes, care homes, and hospitals in the Philippines, followed by 4 years as a Live-in Caregiver in Israel. Then work as a Domiciliary Carer in London for a year and half supporting clients with personal care, mobility, companionship, medication prompting, and daily living activities. Proving support to older adults with personal care, mobility, companionship, medication reminders, meal preparation, and daily living activities. During this time, I had the opportunity to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds, which strengthened my communication skills and adaptability. I have completed Caregiving Certification in the Philippines and Israel, Recreational Therapy Training, Level 2 Certificate in Adult Social Care (RQF) , and The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism (Part 1) and am currently studying for my Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (RQF) What Interests You About Care Work? I truly believe in person-centred care. Every person is different, with their own life story, preferences, routines, and wishes. I enjoy taking the time to get to know the people I support and providing care that respects who they are as individuals. For me, care is not just about helping with daily tasks. Sometimes the most important thing is offering reassurance, listening to someone’s stories, sharing a laugh, or simply being there when they need company. Having experienced loss and being far away from my own family, I understand how important kindness, patience, and human connection can be. The most rewarding part of my job is knowing that I have helped someone feel safe, comfortable, respected, valued, and comfortable in their own home. Areas of Expertise Elderly Care Dementia Care Personal Care Learning Disabilities Autism Support Mobility Assistance and Moving & Handling Medication Prompting Continence Care Meal Preparation Companionship and Emotional Support Safeguarding End of Life Care Support Language Spoken: English – Fluent Filipino (Tagalog) – Native Having worked in different countries and cared for people from diverse backgrounds, I can also understand and communicate at a basic conversational level in Hebrew, Arabic, and Spanish, which has helped me build rapport and connect with clients from different cultures. Hobbies & Interests I love spending time outdoors, especially walking in nature or a simple walking in the park, hiking, and trekking. I also enjoy long walks along the beach and by the sea, which helps me relax and recharge. I am an animal lover and have seven dogs back home in the Philippines. In my spare time, I love keeping in touch with my family and friends, exploring new places, reading, listening to music sometimes watching movies. I enjoy learning new things, meeting people from different backgrounds, and maintaining a positive and active lifestyle, which helps me bring energy and enthusiasm to my role as a carer. A little bit about me: I am friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. I take pride in providing kind, compassionate care and treating every person with the same respect and dignity that I would want for my own family.

My approach combines empathy with professionalism, ensuring that I not only support daily needs but also actively promote independence and enhance quality of life. In addition to my caregiving responsibilities, I also provide personal assistant support, helping clients maintain their routines, attend appointments, and engage with their communities. I possess strong organisational and planning skills, which are reflected in my ability to manage complex care schedules and respond effectively in dynamic environments. My excellent communication skills allow me to build strong, trusting relationships with both clients and their families, always going the extra mile to offer compassionate and respectful support. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring different cuisines with friends and watching documentaries on history and crime. Caring is more than just a job to me—it’s a vocation. I am deeply committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need support, comfort, and companionship.

NW9 5WS 160612 I have 6 years experience in the Carer industry backed up by great training in moving & handling, food hygiene, Dementia care, medication administration & Oxygen administration. l have hoisting & sara stedy experience. l have catheter care experience. l have looked after a visually impaired client & supported her day to day mobility. l have been able to look after a client with physical disabilities and spinal code injury, l had to do manual bowel evacuation, support her with moving & handling using an overhead hoist & wheelchair assistance. l have also looked after dementia & Parkinson clients with mobility, incontinence, limited speech challenges & due to my patience & listening attitude plus my trainings & empathic experience in care, l am offering them great support. lnformally I have had a chance to look after my parents(in their 80s) for several years. Over these years, I have developed a compassionate approach and have great empathy for my clients. I am hardworking, very kind, a great listener, patient, and always able to work at my client's pace. I dare say cooking is one of my great passions, and I do it very well. I am always happy to prepare healthy meals in a clean environment for my clients. l have cared for a PSP client for 5 months & had to feed her, use nebuliser when struggling to swallow, hoisting her & supporting her in all her limited speech. I have worked as a live-in carer for several clients in their nineties with ■late dementia ■hoisting ■handled medication administration ■one was on oxgyen ■continence care ■personal care & companionship ■housework & cleaning■ cooking. I have trained & experience in using oxgyen cylinders & oxgyen condenser for my clients I have worked with several people with dementia. ln Sept 2022, I had a chance of working with a 90 year old lady with dementia and she had great challenges sleeping at night, so I had to patiently talk to her up to late in the night and slowing encourage her to bed, some times with no sleep but settled as much as possible. I have also worked with people with cerebral palsy and PEG feeding. In August 2022 l had a privilege of caring for a young girl (19years) while her family took off some time on holiday. I had to hoist her into bed and wheel chair, she was PEG feeding and l had to manage that using an infusion machine, I was responsible for all her bathes and hygiene care to ensure she was comfortable. I had to do all cooking & cleaning. Before becoming a carer, l trained in early years and used to work with young children. This experience boosted my caring ability and it made it easier for me to care for people of all ages. I love reading, cooking and baking. I look forward to your contact and I am sure I will be able to deliver a great caring service.
