I'm the youngest of his 9 children and always worked in an office, but whilst caring for my dad I began to wonder how many people are our there who do not have family to look after and care for them at their end of life. So I left my day job with no job to go to, started praying to God for an answer on where and how I could provide the same care I had given my dad to someone who I didn’t even know. The next thing I knew, Live in Care Jobs popped up on my laptop, and the rest is history. From 2017, I have been working in different care settings, starting as a live-in carer, moving into residental care homes, supported living, mental health hospitals, and currently working in the community within mental health.
