I am a kind and empathic carer, attuned to the clients feelings and needs. I can pre-empt requests and requirements. I look after my clients with the same level of love and attention as I would a member of my own family. I like to ensure they have a great quality of life and an enjoyable experience with me. I can help with a huge variety of tasks from admin to personal care. My main hobbies are in the areas of personal well being, health and healing as well as fine art, comedy and writing. I am a novice gardener. I have been a carer for a good few years and find it a very fulfilling and rewarding experience. I really enjoy meeting new clients and helping them. I can liase with other medical professionals such as DNs and GPs. I’m familiar with medications and providing personal care. I do ask for a contribution to fuel at 50p per mile and travel time as I serve mostly rural areas and there is inevitably car travel involved.

TN1 1TB 55343 Hello, my name is Borbala, and I have over nine years of experience working in health and social care. Caring for people is something I genuinely love, and I take pride in helping others live safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible. I believe every person deserves to be treated with kindness, dignity, and respect, and I always aim to build trusting relationships with the people I support and their families. I have experience supporting people living with autism, dementia, Parkinson's disease, cerebral palsy, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and complex care needs. I can provide personal care, medication prompting, meal preparation, housekeeping, shopping, companionship, transportation, and support with everyday activities. I am also trained in moving and handling, hoisting, catheter care, and stoma care. A day with me is about more than just completing tasks. I enjoy chatting over a cup of tea, preparing home-cooked meals together, going for walks, helping with hobbies, listening to music, gardening, watching films, or simply being there to provide reassurance and company. I believe the little things can make the biggest difference. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, reading, exercise, travelling, technology, and spending time outdoors. I am reliable, patient, friendly, and always happy to adapt my support to meet each person's individual needs and preferences. I currently have flexible availability and am happy to provide both short visits and longer-term support. My goal is always to help people feel safe, valued, and able to enjoy life in the comfort of their own home.

TN23TN 241231 For some people, caring is a job. To me, it goes beyond that. It is also a calling for me. I do care work because I have a genuine desire to help those who would otherwise be incapable of doing so themselves. To enable them enjoy and participate in life as much as the next person. To genuinely care for them while maintaining their dignity, no matter the age, gender or religion. I treat clients as if they were my own relatives. This empathy is what I feel is my greatest asset. I have been caring professionally for two years, but unofficially for as long as I can recall. As an individual with many aunts, I have cared for my aunts’ kids from the day they were born. My experience here includes washing, cooking for them, cleaning them up and a host of other activities. Additionally, I have cared for other relatives: aging uncles and aunts, ill ones and generally any member of my household and extended family that has required some level of care. This formed the springboard from which I decided to go into care professionally. I have worked in all kinds of situations with different types of care needs. I am efficient at providing care for the aging, end of life, disabilities of all sorts, elderly and a host of others. I have taken care of people with various conditions from incontinence, various types of cancer care, stomata care, dementia and such like. In all these, I have been driven by one main motivation: this is a human that could be my mum, dad, brother, sister, uncle, aunt or children. I have approached caring with utmost respect for the client, always aiming to treat them in such a way that they would feel valued and visible; enabling them to live a dignified life as much as is possible. I understand that each individual’s care needs are unique and can change over time. As such, I pride myself on being adaptable and flexible, capable of adjusting my approach to suit the specific requirements and circumstances of every client. My goal is to ensure that the care I provide is not only of the highest standard, but also truly personalised, reflecting the individual preferences and needs of each person I have the privilege to assist. I am committed to making any necessary adjustments to provide the best possible support and care, without compromising on dignity or respect. At the end of the day, your comfort, well-being, and peace of mind are my highest priorities.

RH8 9NY 68098 My first experience of working in care was during my schooling when I key-worked a pupil living with dyspraxia and supported others with reading. This early start continued through volunteering in a local care home before university and working as a Home Carer primarily for the elderly during my vacations and as a residential Carer for adults with learning difficulties. My life then took a totally different direction and I worked in the corporate world for 20 years finally as an HR Director. Choosing early retirement (it really was early I’m currently 47) has enabled me to return to my passion of caring once more and had the privilege of working with a care company for almost 2 years. In that time I achieved my Care Certificate and met many lovely people along the way with differing needs; advanced dementia with double incontinence; palliative care of someone with bowel cancer and body wide secondaries up until hospice admission and those with age related physical limitations. Since leaving this company I have worked in a Consensus owned residential care facility for adults with complex learning difficulties supporting the individuals there to live their best lives. Both companies are great with training so I am up to date with all regulatory and additional training. Food can often become a chore for individuals and I enjoy making food enjoyable by involving them in the decision making and cooking process as much as possible. I enjoy gardening at home and where possible spend time with those that like to doing light gardening or visiting garden centres. When it comes for quieter times, reading aloud or sharing puzzles can be relaxing way too spend the time as can a good chat. I’ve travelled extensively so can usually join in with anecdotes on the places we have in common and love to learn about new ones.

RH6 9NX 100545 I have worked as a carer for the last 6 years. I am compassionate, kind and patient and have enjoyed making a positive difference in the lives of the people I have been fortunate to care for. I have worked with people with dementia, anxiety and depression. I understand the importance of listening and working at the pace the individuals are comfortable with, to ensure that all of my engagement is positive and supportive and, most importantly, in the best interests of the client. I enjoy helping clients feel their best, and recognise that it means a great deal to some, especially to promote confidence, which often lessens in later life. I worked with one lady for over two years, through Covid, and liaising closely with her family I helped co-ordinate a small outdoor gathering for her 80th birthday. I helped her with her hair and clothes and provided all of the reassurance she needed to relax and enjoy her day reuniting with close family. She had a wonderful time and the family have expressed their gratitude to me for that special day. This lady I cared for sadly passed away in June last year following ill health and several months in a nursing home. I visited her frequently in her nursing home and spent time with her and her family during the very difficult final days. In addition to being able to provide the varying practical support required such as eating, cooking, personal care, cleaning and administrative support, I also have a full clean driving licence and very much enjoy taking clients out for outings and to meet friends. Providing companionship and helping my clients to enjoy their day to day lives as much as possible is very rewarding. I have had very positive feedback from the families I have supported and I want to build upon that experience in my future roles. I love to read and very much enjoy being out in nature. I like to go on walks with my family and discover new places. Like cooking, would be lovely to get clients involved in it as well. At the minute I am available Tuesday -Wednesday most of the day. Can work on Bank Holiday.( time and a half ) Would love to work with more mobile clients as have more experience so feel would be more beneficial to the client. Please do get in touch with me as I would very much like to hear from you.
